How I can start your services?

Please contact us and discuss your requirements. Our team will work towards providing right resources for your project.
How quickly your resources start working on my project?

Once we understand your project requirements, within 2 days we allocate the right resource for you. Generally we also take 3-4 working days to understand your business, markets and clients and during these days if needed, we train the allocated resources. Within a week, our team will start working on your project. Please note our billing starts only our resources start working on your project and this preparation and training period will not be chargeable.
Do you switch resources for a client's project?

At our company, we believe in dedicating resources to specific clients to achieve optimal efficiency. If you're ever unsatisfied with our delivery or a specific person leaves our organization, we'll allocate the right resource for you and provide them with the necessary training to ensure the success of your project.
How my data is protected?

Data privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we strictly ensure that your data is visible only to those directly involved in your project or their supervising managers. All team members have signed a rigorous Non-disclosure agreement and are legally bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data. Additionally, upon onboarding, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with you, including clauses outlining legal actions and penalties for any breaches of data privacy.
Do I have to make some commitment with you to take your services?

Absolutely not. We value our customers and aim to provide exceptional service that keeps you coming back. When you begin a project with us, you choose the length of time you'd like to continue working with our team.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with our services, we offer a few solutions: we'll provide necessary training to the person working on your project based on your feedback, replace them with another resource, or you can choose to stop taking our services. We'll only charge you for the period we worked on your project, ensuring fair and transparent billing practices.
Why your charges are different for different services?

We believe in transparent and consistent pricing for a specific category of services, but charges may vary across categories due to the unique skill sets and expertise required.

Additionally, we prioritize competency and effective communication when assigning our executives to client-facing roles. Rest assured, we're committed to providing high-quality service and fair pricing that reflects the value of our work.
What payment methods do you offer?

We use Stripe as our payment processing platform. Most of the payment methods are enabled through Stripe.
How do I switch to a different project?

We strive to make our services as impactful and user-friendly as possible. If you have a new project that falls under the same category as our current offerings and you would like to continue working with the same team member, then nothing will change.

However, if your project falls under a different category, we will allocate a new resource to ensure that you receive the best service possible. Please note that charges for the new category will apply, but we will work with you to ensure that you understand the costs upfront and that there are no surprises. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our work.
How do you ensure to protect my company's brand if I take client-facing services?

We prioritise protecting your brand while providing client-facing services. Our team undergoes extensive training on your brand's messaging and values, and we have a quality control process in place to monitor interactions. We provide regular feedback and reporting, and are always open to your suggestions for improvement. You can trust us to represent your brand to the highest standards.
Can I permanently hire the person who is working on my project?

We value transparency and believe in a mutually beneficial relationship with our clients. Any client who takes our services, they need to follow non-solicit agreement with us and that prevent them from employing our team members without our knowledge and consent. However, we also believe in fostering the careers of our associates and creating a work environment that is supportive and employee-friendly.
 
As a service company, we incur significant costs in hiring, training, retaining, and keeping skilled resources on the bench. To help make the process easier for you, we offer a two-month compensation waiver for the non-solicit clause. This means that you can hire our associates after paying 2-months compensation of the specific associates. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns, and we will be happy to work with you to find the best solution for your needs.
I feel that billable hours are exaggerated?

As a company, we hold integrity and transparency in high regard and expect our associates to share these values. However, if you feel that our associates are not dedicating sufficient time to meet the billable hour requirements, we encourage you to contact us. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring that you receive the maximum benefits.
